Beginners

Grace Widders takes our beginner classes. Grace is an experienced quilter and teacher who has, over the last few years, led many a beginner onto the path of quilting obsession.  Our beginner classes focus on a series of blocks and skills that will guide you through the basics of cutting, sewing and pressing as well as providing guidance on fabric choices. You can also choose your own project and we will guide you through it, teaching you the fundamentals along the way.

Beginner classes run most Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7.30 – 9.30 pm) and in 2013, on the 3rd Monday of each month (10 – 12 noon), $35 per class.
