This album style quilt is named Mon Ami, which translates to My Friend, and it features appliqué images, some blocks symbolising the bonds of love, friendship & good fortune.
The quilt features 5 classic old pieced quilt blocks and 5 lovely needle turn appliqué blocks, combined with a beautiful scrappy collection of fabrics. It is designed to complement l’uccello’s larger floral fabrics and some of our favourite medium – smaller size prints and wovens.
Colours will be repeated throught the piecing in the feeling of the sample blocks.
Fabric for the top and monthly instructions (no binding).
